A N C Home Management has provided quality service throughout Palm Beach County since 1989.  Our company serves the absentee owner or investor or people who are away from their home.

A.   BASIC SERVICES – EXTERIOR: 

1.  Inspect for breaking and entering

 2.  Inspect property for storm damage

 3.  Oversee maintenance for grounds and pool

 B.   BASIC SERVICES – INTERIORS:

 1.     Run water in faucets, flush toilets, check for water leaks

 2.     Make sure all appliances are in proper working condition, which includes checking for leaks

 3.     Check for mildew, and pests

 4.     Check security of all doors and windows

BASIC SERVICES PRICE RANGING FROM $15.00 TO $50.00 PER VISIT

 C.    ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

 1.     Mail handling: forward mail $5.00 plus postage

 2.     Water plants price depends on how many  how often.

 3.     Care of automobiles/boats. Run Car $10.00 Run Boat $50.00

 4.     Contract and oversee pool service, lawn maintenance, and pest control

 5.    Arrange for cleaning services – $25.00 per hour. ($25.00 to open/close house for maid at your request)

 6.     Arrange for service hookups, such as TV, gas, electric, water, etc. – $25 per hour

 7.     Accept deliveries, such as furniture, packages, etc. – $25 per hour

 10.     Purchase and stock refrigerators with groceries upon your arrival – $25 per hour plus cost of groceries

 11.    Emergency contact person for alarm system – $75.00 trip charge, $150.00 at night.

 12.    Arrange for access and repairs as requested by the owner (in an emergency, repair may be completed without owners approval when unable to contact quickly) – $25 per hour while supervising as needed. 

Any service that is subcontracted by A.N.C. Home Management will be paid by A.N.C. Home Management and billed directly to the client on our billing.
